At Mediq, we are committed to delivering our premium medical and cosmetic products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process and return conditions.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Coverage: We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes: * Cairo & Giza: Within 2 to 3 business days.
Other Governorates: Within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Fees: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS or WhatsApp with your order details.
2. Inspection Upon Delivery
For your peace of mind, we encourage all our customers to inspect the package at the time of delivery while the courier is present. If you notice any external damage to the packaging, please report it to the courier immediately.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (medical and personal care cosmetics) and for the safety of all our customers, we follow a strict hygiene policy:
Eligible Items: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong item was sent.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened or used, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Reporting Window: Any issues with your order must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or through a bank transfer/digital wallet (e.g., Vodafone Cash) within 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. If the order has already left our warehouse, shipping fees may apply.
